What do I do when my Import is stuck or has failed?

 

There are some simple troubleshooting steps to consider if your import is stuck or has failed.

  • Double-check API keys and credentials 
  • Ensure the address is correct (eg. no spaces)
  • Review the relevant Help Centre article on how to import the particular source correctly
  • If the number of transactions for your import unexpectedly shows up to be 0, please double-check the date range you selected when configuring the import. Please let us know if you believe there's an error. 

Please note that data-heavy sources with large amounts of transactions may take a while to import successfully.
