👋 Welcome! Here's a brief guide on how to import all transactions from Kucoin onto your Cryptio workspace using an API Key.
Step 1: Locate Your Kucoin API Key
Start by logging into your Kucoin account.
- Log Into Your Kucoin Account - after logging in, you can hover over the avatar, in the drop-down menu, select API Management, Create API, as shown in the image:
- Creating API - A window will pop up where you can choose either API Trading or Link Third-Party Applications. You will have to choose the API Trading option. You can then proceed by adding a API Name as well as a API Passphrase (The API passphrase holds significant importance. It is strongly advised to record and securely store it. The API passphrase will be necessary for authentication when utilizing the API).
- You have successfully created your API key! - Congratulations! You've successfully created your API key. The new API key will be generated and displayed. Remember, your Secret Key will not be shown again, so store these keys securely.
⚠️ During the creation process, pay attention to the relevant prompts and rules on the API creation page. Here are some points for your special attention:
- The API passphrase is crucial. It is highly recommended to write it down and store it in a secure location. You will need the API passphrase for verification when using the API.
- If you want to whitelist the IP address, be sure to click on ‘yes’ on the IP Restriction section and include Cryptio’s IP address:
63.35.116.119
